Our Story
HVAC Technology Solutions started with a problem millions of homeowners know all too well: an AC condensate drain line that keeps clogging.
Clear it. Vacuum it out. Pour something down it. Problem solved.
Until it clogs again.
After going through that cycle one too many times, founder Adrian Jacobs decided there had to be a better way. So he started building one.
The idea was pretty simple: instead of waiting for a drain line to clog, why not automatically maintain it before the clog has a chance to form?
That idea eventually became a chemical-free system using scheduled negative-pressure suction to remove water, biofilm, and loose buildup from the condensate line.
In 2024, Adrian and Dave Francis met for coffee at the Red Bicycle in Franklin, Tennessee. Somewhere between cups of coffee and swapping HVAC horror stories, Adrian told Dave about what he had built.
Dave knew the problem very well.
After repeated drain clogs at his home, his HVAC guy assured him, “This is a simple fix. We just suck it out.”
And he was right.
They sucked it out.
Then they sucked it out again.
And again.
Eventually, those “simple fixes” came with thousands of dollars in water damage.
When Adrian explained his solution, Dave’s reaction was pretty much immediate:
“Why doesn’t every AC system have one of these?”
That cup of coffee turned into a partnership—and eventually AC NeverClog™.
