AC NeverClog™ Limited Warranty Issued by: HVAC Technology Solutions 1425 Shannon Pl Old Hickory, TN 37138 United States 1. Warranty Coverage HVAC Technology Solutions (“Manufacturer”) warrants that the AC NeverClog™ product (“Product”) will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of two (2) years from the original date of purchase. This warranty applies to parts only. 2. What Is Covered During the warranty period, HVAC Technology Solutions will, at its sole discretion, repair or replace defective parts due to manufacturing defects. 3. What Is NOT Covered This warranty does not cover damage resulting from improper installation, misuse, neglect, unauthorized modification, normal wear and tear, lightning strikes, power surges, floods, fire, storms, acts of God, or other force majeure events. 4. Shipping & Return Policy If HVAC Technology Solutions requests the Product to be returned, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs to and from HVAC Technology Solutions. 5. Warranty Claim Procedure Proof of purchase is required. Customers must obtain authorization prior to return. 6. Limitation of Liability HVAC Technology Solutions is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Liability shall not exceed the original purchase price. 7. No Other Warranties All implied warranties are disclaimed to the extent permitted by law. 8. Transferability This warranty applies only to the original purchaser. 9. Governing Law This warranty is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee. 10. Changes to Warranty HVAC Technology Solutions reserves the right to modify this warranty.
