AC NeverClog™ 30-Day Return Policy
We accept returns of unused AC NeverClog™ machines purchased directly from acneverclog.com when requested within 30 days of delivery.
Return eligibility
Machines must be unused, uninstalled, and unmodified, with all original components, accessories, and packaging. You may open the packaging to inspect the contents without affecting eligibility, provided the machine remains unused and in like-new condition.
How to request a return
Email ajacobs@acneverclog.com or call 239-677-7250 with your order number and a request to return your machine. We will provide a Return Authorization number and shipping instructions. Please obtain authorization before shipping and send your return within 14 days of authorization.
Shipping and fees
For change-of-mind returns, customers pay return shipping. Original shipping charges paid at checkout are nonrefundable. We do not deduct outbound shipping costs when the original order included free shipping.
There is no restocking fee for returns that meet these requirements. Please pack all components securely and use a trackable shipping service.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of its status. Eligible refunds include the product price actually paid and applicable sales tax and will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days of receipt. Your payment provider may require additional time to post the credit.
If an item is missing components or does not meet the return conditions, we will explain the issue and any proposed deduction or return options before proceeding.
Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly. We will work with you to arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return shipping for confirmed arrival defects, shipping damage, or our fulfillment errors.
The unused-product restriction does not apply to these issues. Problems arising after installation are handled under the applicable warranty and consumer rights.
Warranty and other purchases
This return policy is separate from the AC NeverClog™ limited warranty and does not limit rights provided by applicable law.
For purchases made through an installer, distributor, or another retailer, contact the original seller regarding its return policy.
