1. Safety Precautions
-
Do not plug the controller in yet.
-
Make sure that your outlet is a 120v GFCI outlet.

2. Evacuation Manifold Installation
-
Locate the exterior drain line for your AC unit.
-
Take the provided AC NeverClog ™ evacuation manifold valve (shown above) and install the end of the T onto the drain line of the home. (The condensation will drain out of the clear counterweighted flap valve placed vertically on the drain line.
-
The evacuation manifold valve can also be placed horizontally at a slight downward pitch. It is very important when the valve is placed horizontal that the flap is in the closed position when installed to be most effective as shown.

3. Wall Mount Installation
-
The wall mount has 3 screw holes. All 3 are required for the wall mount to support the AC NeverClog ™ after it has evacuated your ac drain line. Please use the appropriate anchor hardware per the
-
substrate you are mounting into. (wood screws for wood & tap cons for brick and or concrete). We have installed anchors and screws for ease of installation that should work with any substrate.
-
Make sure the device is oriented correctly as shown here and that you have placed it so that the AC NeverClog ™ tank will be a minimum of 6” off the ground.
-
After anchoring the mount into the wall, place the AC Neverclog ™ on to the wall mount by the ears sticking out on the left and right side of the exhaust side of the machine.
-
Turn the unit to the on position ( I ) and leave it there permanently.*

4. Hooking the hose into the AC NeverClog
-
You are now ready to plug the hose into your AC NeverClog device. Make sure to take the elbow side with black insert and push it into the front of the AC NeverClog as shown.

5. Hooking the hose into the Evacuation Manifold Valve
-
Plug the hose end with the nipple into the T as shown here.

6. Connecting the Quick Disconnect Smart Controller
-
The quick disconnect has an ip68 waterproof rating and specifically designed to be easily replaceable. Simply line up the two ends, push in and twist the collar to lock it in place

7. Plugging in the Smart Controller
